Kimchi Project


The kimchi project is a initiative of producing organic kimchi batches in Auckland, New Zealand, and sell them locally through and on-line store.


  • On the 24th of September 2021, we start with the third batch of Korean kimchi, according to the recipe below.
  • Every day we are checking the fermentation process until obtaining the best flavour. 

Next Steps

  • Complete the testing process of the kimchi production.
  • Complete marketing study.
  • Obtain the city council licence to produce food in situ.
