The kimchi project is a initiative of producing organic kimchi batches in Auckland, New Zealand, and sell them locally through and on-line store.
- On the 24th of September 2021, we start with the third batch of Korean kimchi, according to the recipe below.
- Every day we are checking the fermentation process until obtaining the best flavour.
